Planning -  Cricket Field - it is now expected that the planning application will shortly go live on the Wycombe District Council planning portal.

Community Matters Foodbank, Trinity Church, Lane End - Barbara Ewing’s (Community Matters organiser) latest message: “..delighted with….your very generous amount of donations last week... We were particularly low on food so your tins, toiletries, cereals, biscuits and wonderful selection of fresh bread, butter, cheese and meats were most welcomed. …..We have several families with serious health problems who need some extra care and support.  Many of them do not have transport so we have 2 volunteers who deliver the bags to their doors.

Other matters - there are two upcoming meetings of Lane End Parish Council:

Tuesday 7th May 19.00 hours -  AnnualMeeting at Rackleys Chiltern Hills. Meet Parish Councillors and refreshments from 19.00 hours; meeting starts 19.30pm.

Monday 13th May 19.30 hours - Monthly Meeting at Cadmore End Village Hall.

The Council were recently fully supportive of our request for funds regarding the replacement of the village hall boiler and may consider favourably our church’s request for a contribution to the church nave roof project.  A good representation by Cadmore Enders will be much appreciated.
