Cadmore End News June 2021
After such a horrendously unwelcome, record-breaking, cold, wet, forgettable May it is wonderful to at last welcome a very late Spring …at least at the time of writing…. a beautiful sunny Bank Holiday week-end. The roadside Cow Parsley is a stunning white, the Hawthorne is in spectacular bloom, the birds are in full voice and the grass is rampant. Long may it continue into June & Summer. The churchyard grass has already been mowed a couple of times. Suggested Annual Merry Mowers Roster for publication soon!

Very belated congratulations to Andy & Susie (Old Vicarage ) on the birth of a baby girl, Harriet Rose, on 17th (?) April. In addition to congratulating Andy & Susie it is reassuring to see the average age of the Village coming down and to welcome new young faces.
Also we extend a very warm welcome to the Village to Neil Calow ( sp? ) who has now moved into Chiltern Cottage.
